Sage Brock
Raft Guide
Originally from Pullman, Washington, Sage got an early taste of river life paddling the Grande Ronde with their dad in middle school—and they’ve been hooked ever since. Now based in Bellingham while studying environmental toxicology at Western Washington University (with a chemistry minor!), Sage brings a passion for ecology and conservation to every trip.
When not guiding in Idaho and Montana, Sage can be found researching how chemicals from tires affect salmonid populations or playing viola with the Bellingham Symphony Orchestra. Fun fact: Sage can walk on their hands and once witnessed bioluminescence on the Washington coast—a moment that still stands out as one of their most magical outdoor experiences.
