Since 1979 we’ve helped our guests plan special travel experiences for just their friends and family. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, organizing a reunion, or simply wanting a private adventure, we make it easy by taking care of all the details—so you can focus on creating lasting memories.

Reserve a trip date for your party

If you haven’t already, the first step to securing a private trip just for you and your loved ones, is to pick an itinerary from our library of trips that suites your adventurous desires. Once you are decided on a trip, you will need to select one of our pre existing dates to secure for your party only.

Depending on the trip, you will generally need a group of 8-18 to reserve that date for your group.  Just give us a call and we can quickly tell you if the date and trip you want is available.  With a nominal deposit, we can hold the space while you gather your group.  We provide all the support documentation you need to invite people and give them the details about the trip.

During the period that we are holding your space, trip members send in their deposits (the amount varies depending on the itinerary chosen).  This deposit is refundable until the hold period is over.

When the time has arrived for your hold period to end, and you haven’t managed to get enough people on board, you have three choices:

1. Allow us to open the tour to people beyond your group
2. Cancel your reservation and receive a full refund
3. Keep the trip for just your group with a new price based on the lower numbers.

Choose Your Own Date

Pick the trip, tell us the date!  Any size group can request any of our itineraries to depart on a date of your choosing!  We know people have busy schedules that are often not flexible and we will do all we can to make it work!

Private Trip Pricing

Generally, our private trip prices are based on double occupancy and the originally stated number of guests in your group.  However, we understand that sometimes plans change and your group size might also.  In that case, we recalculate the price based on actual numbers.  This can happen at these stages of the process:

• Once the original hold period has ended.
• At any time prior to the final payment due date.
• Once the final payment is due.

Group Savings

Depending on the trip chosen we are sometimes able to offer a discounted space to you as the group organizer.  It’s your choice to use this towards your space or have the savings divided among all participants.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the policy outlined in our terms and conditions for your specific tour.
