Fly Fishing Trips in Idaho and Oregon
People have been fly fishing for at least 2000 years. For some, it’s a sport, for others meditation, and for many, it is spiritual. There is magic found when standing in a flowing river with clean, clear water flowing around your legs and body. There is tranquility present when perched in a raft or drift boat and casting in carefully chosen ripples and eddies. Of all the forms of fishing, fly fishing has spawned the largest body of contemplative literature.
ROW Adventures offers fly fishing trips on some of the world’s finest fishing waters. Many of our trips take place on rivers where native fish still abound and the canyons are magnificently beautiful. We have a wide range of fly fishing tours with half-day and single-day trips operated through our Coeur d’Alene base at the ROW Adventure Center. As well, we offer multi-day fly fishing tours on the Middle Fork Salmon River and longer wilderness river rafting trips on the Snake in Hells Canyon, Middle Fork of the Salmon, Deschutes, and Grande Ronde rivers, each with its own season and variety of fish species.
Fly fishing is both a skill and an art and like many things in life, never perfected. Our guides are adept at teaching the novice as well as helping the expert hone their skills. Rivers like the Middle Fork of the Salmon, Snake in Hells Canyon, and Deschutes also require whitewater navigation, another skillset our guides bring to the equation.
We welcome you to fish with us on the finest rivers of Idaho and Oregon!
