River Jester
Each family trip is staffed with ROW’s signature River Jester™ who leads games, nature exploration and other activities.
Adults and kids meals
On our Family Magic trips, we serve two dinners. The first is typically presented around 6:00 pm and features a menu more suitable for kids' tastes. About 7:30 pm we serve our usual fantastic adult menu. By using Dutch ovens we can make lasagna, baked salmon and all kinds of cakes for dessert. Children are welcome to eat at either or both meals.
More than rafting
An itinerary is designed to visit many different points of interest, taking advantage of rock art sites, pioneer homesteads, Chinese rock houses/mine sites, and natural wonders in the river canyon.
We set up camp and the kitchen
Cargo boat travels ahead to set up camp, including your tent and a complete kitchen with tables and chairs. Few outfitters do this and it allows you more time to spend with your family not having to worry about setting up tents, helping with the kitchen, fetching water, etc...we take care of it all!
What gear do I need?
We've got you covered! All you need to bring are your clothes and sense of adventure. Once you reserve your trip, we’ll send you a simple, stress-free packing list so you know exactly what to bring. We take care of everything else from tents and sleeping gear to delicious meals and kid-friendly beverages. No gear shopping, no overthinking, just show up ready to make memories.
