Guest Service Admin & RAC Sales

Raised in Sandpoint Idaho and finishing high school in the greater Seattle area. Lucas has a pretty unique story. Lucas started out as a musician, playing guitar in a rock band and at the age of 17, he started playing shows and touring the country. He joined a band that was signed to a subsidiary label under Universal Music Group which started his career in music. However, being on tour and away from home 290 days out of the year comes with its own set of challenges. At the age of 24, he left his band to start a new chapter. Lucas has always had a knack for the outdoors. Especially Fishing. When he moved back to Idaho, he fully immersed himself into fly fishing. If you're a creative person, you can't lock that away. So he figured he'd channel his creativity through filming/photography. Pairing his passion for Fly Fishing and Art, these skill sets have given him awesome opportunities in the Fly Fishing Industry. Before coming to ROW, Lucas sold cars full time and in his spare time, he worked for Idaho Fish and Game as a fisheries technician teaching fishing skills to the public, working on ad-fluvial trout research, all the way to habitat restoration projects for waterfowl in the North Idaho area. He saw ROW as an opportunity to bridge the gap between his personal interest and professional life. You can usually find Lucas in the cold water tributaries of Idaho chasing elusive Bull Trout or on the shores of Pyramid Lake Nevada in search of his 20lb Cutthroat Trout.
