Happy Hour Rafting- Finish your day at work and join the ROW Adventure Center on the Spokane River. Raft the lower Spokane River Gorge, replace your worries with laughter and fun as you paddle through rapids and awesome scenery.
Spokane River Rafting- Everyday from mid-May to the start of July, raft the Spokane River with ROW Adventures. This four hour rafting trip is the perfect whitewater rafting trip for someone looking to find adventure in Spokane.
Lower Spokane Gentle Float- Hot summer days, warm breezes and a total release of all your cares. Spend an afternoon rafting the Spokane River from beginning of July to the end of August.

Whitewater rafting the Spokane River will provide thrills, fantastic scenery and our experienced, interpretive guides will river raft you through up to class III rapids on the Spokane River. During your Spokane rafting trip you will float through Riverside State Park and raft through the famous Bowl and Pitcher and whitewater raft your way through the Devil's Toe Nail!
The Spokane River offers you a choice of adventures - join us for a long summer evening on the lower Spokane River Gorge, a half day adventure with whitewater and wildlife in June, or a gentle float trip on the Lower Spokane River Gorge in July and August. |

Spokane River FAQs Who can raft? Anyone! We welcome singles, couples, families (see minimum age requirements), aunts, uncles and grandparents too! How difficult is this trip? The Spokane River is an easy, beginner whitewater trip in June and a relaxing, scenic float in July and August. You should be comfortable in water and be able to sit for a few hours in a raft. What kind of boats are available? In June, you will raft the river in a six-person paddle raft with your personal guide. In July and August, you will have a choice of riding in a six-person raft or paddling your own sit-on-top kayak. What’s the minimum age? The minimum age varies depending on the season. During the month of June we run the whitewater section of the Spokane River; therefore, the minimum age is ten years old. During the months of July and August we float the lower Spokane Gorge; therefore, the minimum age is four years old. Where to meet? The ROW Adventure Center is located at 17 W. Main St., Spokane, Washington. We are one building away from Isabella’s Restaurant. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time? How do I make a reservation? Simply call our office at 1-800-451-6034 and we will get your space reserved right away! We are open Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Pacific Time. When is my payment due? Full payment is due at the time of making your reservation. We accept all major credit cards. What should I bring? • Sunscreen • Sunglasses with a retaining head strap – such as “Chums” • Nylon shorts or swim suit • Tennis shoes or sport sandals with straps (no flip flops) • Personal water bottle (optional – highly recommended) • Towel for the end of day (optional) • Waterproof camera (optional) • Polypropylene long underwear or non-cotton base layer for under shorts on cold days What if I need to change my date? You can change the date of your trip up to 24 hours prior to your schedule trip for a $10.00 per person transfer fee. No changes within 24 hours of your scheduled trip is permitted. Where to I park? There is a Diamond parking lot within one block of our location. You’ll need to have a few dollar bills or change in order to park here. There is also a lot on Main Street east of Division. The closest public restroom is in the Community Building adjacent to the Diamond lot about six buildings away from the ROW Adventure Center. Can I bring alcohol? You are welcome to bring a beverage for after your river trip; however, for safety purposes we do not allow alcohol to be consumed during the trip. |
