Growing up in Spokane, Washington (official slogan: Near Nature, Near Perfect) Isaac had a hankering for adventure in the great outdoors at an early age, supported by family backpacking, camping, and traveling. He has also developed a love for music of all sounds and rhythms. These have been the passions which make life exciting to him, and they are what keep him exploring. Isaac has a nomadic itch that keeps him on the move. He likes to think of the world as his playground. He has a love for animals, domesticated and wild, especially his awesome dog Rufus. Isaac began exploring the whitewater of Idaho at the age of 18, which proved to be a fateful decision, as he is now hopelessly addicted to the profession. He loves to sit around the campfire between guitar songs (he’s a very talented player), and philosophize, tell jokes, and get to know you. Isaac is studying solar power and renewable energy sources, so as he says “We do not have to dam any more rivers, dammit!”
