 You know the saying, "You can't teach an old dog new tricks"...well, ROW's trusty captain has finally said, enough is enough...it's time to get out and guide again! Peter Grubb, founder of ROW Adventures, started in the business 34 years ago guiding nearly every single ROW trip. He pioneered many trips in the US and has led first descents and new expeditions around the world. Lately however, you'll find Peter trying to uncover himself from a swamped desk, sending kids off to college and fighting the good fight to keep our Wilderness wild.
"If over 30 years in adventure travel has taught me anything, it's this: life is short, there's no guarantee about tomorrow and when you have an itch, scratch it." Peter explains, "My proverbial "itch" over the last few years has been to get out on more trips with our loyal guests. It's time to get back in closer touch with the rivers and my love of sharing them with others."
