Baja Adventure - Sea Kayaking & Multiport

This Baja adventure combines one of North America's favorite sea kayaking trips with the full spectrum of natural and cultural offerings of the less-traveled paths of Baja California Sur. Our multisport and sea kayaking adventure in Baja delivers four glorious days voyaging along the beautiful coastline of Isla Espiritu Santo, in state of the art expedition sea kayaks. The west coast of Espiritu is studded with some of the most spectacular white, sandy bays you could ever imagine. Paddling approximately 3-4 hours each day we will have plenty of time to enjoy fantastic snorkeling, to swim with sea lion pups, hike intriguing volcanic arroyos and bathe in the glorious Baja sun.

The adventure continues to Todos Santos where we immerse ourselves in the local culture sampling the incredible food, hiking and riding through the surrounding desert and surfing the waves. Making this a true and unique multisport adventure!

Responsible Travel

We are proud that our Baja Adventure Tours have a significant and beneficial economic impact in the area and we leave a large percentage of the trip fee with local retailers and providers.

  • We stay in local hotels, eat in local restaurants, hire local guides and buy all our trip provisions and food locally. This is sometimes quite challenging as what is available changesfrom week to week, but we believe in the importance of contributing to the local economy asmuch as possible.
  • Our trips also offer an excellent opportunity for our guests to interact with locals, providing a unique cultural element. If you have an interest in understanding how the local human population lives in this region, you will gain many insights on this ROW adventure.
  • On each island, we also hire the services of local boat owners and tour operators who support our trips in various ways.
  • When you join a Baja expedition to Espiritu Santo Island, a proportion of your trip fee is given to the Conservation Department of the Mexican Government (SEMARNAT). The funds generated are used specifically for the management program to preserve the Gulf of California Islands.
  • Our tour operators are further committed to supporting SEMARNAT by providing statistical information, voluntary ranger service and managing periodic beach cleaning.
  • Great efforts are being made to conserve the islands in their natural splendor so we may continue to enjoy them in pristine condition. We proudly uphold the conservation efforts and with your support we will continue to enjoy this wonderful kayaker's paradise. Our tour operator recently participated in the successful event to raise awareness of the importance of protecting one of the most beautiful local bays that had been sectioned for development. Today Balandra Bay has been officially declared a protected area in the municipality.
