When Robin was growing up a common saying in her family was “If you’re too young to walk behind the tractor and pick, you’re driving it!” Robin’s youth was spent on a vegetable farm in upstate New York, a childhood that taught her a lot about the land. Her escape from the farm was kayaking with her dad on the rivers of the east where she developed a love and passion for rivers. It also whet her appetite to see other rivers, so she joined the ROW Adventures team to move West. Robin is still close to her roots and after completing one year at Cornell University she is looking to switch her major to agriculture and eventually return to the family farm. In the meantime she’s enjoying life on the snowy slopes of Colorado.
